We have a number of regular events in the Village throughout the year. It is a great way to get to know some of your neighbours so we encourage you to participate.

Community Garage Sale
June 11, 2022
We had over 14 households participating and they had "stuff"! The weather held out and many went home with some great treasures
Canada Day in the Village
July 1, 2022
We are thrilled to have had such a successful event that was so much fun for the volunteers and spectators !!
The day started with 29 floats in our Village parade, followed by an afternoon of live music from All Access and a surprise showing from Elvis
and such great eats from Mals Food Truck.
Golf Tourney at Pheasantback Golf Course
July 16, 2022
A super hot day and 116 golfers. Once again Pheasantback Golf course did a great job hosting us. Keep an eye open next year if you missed getting in - this event fills up quickly!
Garden Party
August 13, 2022
Our community garden is a shared space where our residents maintain a garden space for growing veggies and flowers. "Gardening requires lots of water, most of it in the form of perspiration" Congratulations to all the winners.
Sand Castle Contest
August 21, 2022
It was a great day at the beach! Thank you for coming out and participating in the Sandcastle contest. It was creative, great fun and the sculptures were just amazing.
Family Dance
August 21, 2022
It was a great evening for a Family/Teen Dance. A live DJ, fun times at the Photo Booth, twinkling lights and refreshments. It was a very memorable night for our community families.
Christmas Party

This event sold out in a matter of days. Food, Santa, Present exchange, Ugly Sweater Contest and Dancing! It was a great event
White Sands Slough Slider Mixed Bonspiel
March 3-5, 2023
The annual mixed Bonspiel began on Friday afternoon and continued into Sunday. All teams were guaranteed 3 games, there were prizes, food and a live Calcutta Auction. Again it was another fabulous event organized by so many great community volunteers.
